Team
Performance and Training
in Complex Environments
Performance is
critical in complex and dynamic environments where teams are required
to adapt to uncertain information and where the cost of team error is
high. We've studied ways to use modeling and simulation not only to
provide safe and cost-effective training solutions, but also to ensure
that we can track, measure and critique the effect of training on
individuals and teams.
