Van Lowe manages IST's account with SISO (Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization). His responsibilities include preparation of documents, records, and reports as a result of independent analysis of program related issues in support of multiple defense-related initiatives.  Prior to joining IST, Van was a career Army officer with a variety of command and staff assignments in the U.S. and overseas.  His military experience includes a perspective of both the combat developer and material developer having served in Combat Developments at HQ TRADOC and as a project director for several programs at PM TRADE.
