Ernie Smart
has more than 45 years experience in military and commercial program management
assignments focused on simulation and training and primarily slanted
toward military applications and users. Mr. Smart was instrumental in
pioneering the current US Army training development methodology, doctrine,
and processes, during his 6-year evolvement in the Army’s “Training
Revolution” of the '70s. His strong background in simulation and
training enable him to quickly and correctly analyze training issues
ranging from RFP’s to mission needs statements. He is often requested as a
consultant on training and simulation matters. |
