Sabrina Gordon, M.A.

Modeling and Simulation Graduate Program Coordinator

Sabrina began working at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2001 and currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the Modeling and Simulation Graduate Program. In her time at UCF, Sabrina’s work has mainly focused on the administration of graduate programs including retention efforts for students and professional development opportunities for graduate faculty and staff. Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies (2004) with areas of concentration in Business and Education, and a Minor in Organizational Communication. She later earned Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication (2009) with thesis research rooted in pedagogy and identifying effects of classroom communication on student motivation and learning. Through UCF, Sabrina was the proud recipient of a sabbatical through the Professional Development Leave (PDL) program for Fall 2014 and Spring 2015. She used this PDL to pursue full-time doctoral studies in Education, specifically with the intent to enhance university administration of interdisciplinary graduate programs.
