To the Extreme

ORLANDO, May 22, 2025—Driven by humanity’s endless quest for discovery, UCF researchers, including IST grad student Andres Käosaar, are examining how people perform in severe environments to push the frontiers of scientific study. Käosaar is a PhD student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology working with the IST’s Dr. Shawn Burke and the Team Research and Adaptability in Complex Environments (TRACE) Lab.
