Highlights

2018-2023 – Sailor 2025: Support the Navy’s Sailor 2025 program by serving as an instructional systems designer and analyst for AB (Aviation Boatswainmate), STG (Sonar technician), and PR (Parachute Rigger).  Provide constructive input and information to Navy on media recommendations based on learning content demands.  Help guide development in content conversion to modernize and meet the Navy’s standards and needs.

  • Analyze documents including Classified documents for content conversion, ultimately shaping future Navy Training.
  • Conducting deliverable reviews for Training products.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Statement of Work (SOW), technical contracted delivery documents such as CDRLs, and DIDs.

2013-2018- Army Research Lab STTC EDGE – Support the Army ARL Simulation Training Technology Center (STTC) on their EDGE program, which utilized game-based technology for training.

  • Public speaking at international conferences on game-based technology for training.
  • Conduct research in immersive digital experiences for training; present and demonstrate ideas and concepts to military leadership.
  • Prepare and edit technical Game Design Documentation (GDD’s) for Serious Games.
  • Copywrite and edit articles and promotional collateral for nationally and internationally recognized publications. Influential in viral associate press news article.
